🄣 Kubba with Basmati Rice (Smoky Charcoal Flavor)

🌾 Ingredients


For the Kubba Shell:


500 g basmati rice

1 tsp salt

1 tbsp flour (optional, for binding)

🄩 For the Filling:

300 g minced beef or lamb

1 small onion, very finely chopped

2 tbsp oil

½ tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

½ tsp mixed spices (7 spices)

2 tbsp activated charcoal powder


šŸ›¢ For Frying:

Vegetable oil


šŸ‘©šŸ»ā€šŸ³ Method


1ļøāƒ£ Prepare the Rice Dough:


Wash the basmati rice very well.

Soak for 30–60 minutes adding rhe charcoal powder ,

Drain and reserve the water coz u will ise it for cooking , (just covering the rice) with salt until fully soft.

Let it cool slightly.

Blend or grind until smooth .
