🧄 Cozy Homemade Stuffed Garlic Bread 🥖

Warm, soft garlic-stuffed bread shaped into little balls — perfect for cozy evenings or sharing with loved ones.
Bread Dough
- 900g flour
- 30g fresh yeast (or 10g instant yeast)
- 75ml vegetable oil
- 15g butter
- 400ml lukewarm water
- 150ml milk
- 2 small eggs
- 18g salt
- 15g sugar
Mix and knead until soft and smooth.
Cover and let it rise for about 1 hour. Punch down, rest 20–30 minutes till doubled in size then, punch gently again.and let it rise again.it will take about 3 to 4 hours from the first rise till the last rise befor baking.
Divide the dough into 35g pieces, shape each into a ball, and place on a baking tray.
First Glaze: Brush lightly with milk, sugar, and a pinch of salt.
Let the balls rise until doubled in size, then glaze again before baking.
Bake at 190°C in preheated oven for 18–22 minutes until golden and fluffy.
Garlic Butter Filling
- 500g soft butter
- 200g fresh garlic, finely minced
- 1 bunch fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt to taste
Beat the butter till fluffy and creamy , meanwhile puree the garlic with the oil and parsley , then mix it with the creamy butter , add salt then its done .
