Today my lunch was a salad i made using some ingredients from my garden
i called it sherines summer salad just for fun :)
this salad i recommend to make it for two .. because i couldn't finish it ,,it
was just too much ,,,
it's a good choice to make it on a hot day
it's fresh cold and so simple
doesn't take time to make plus its colorful and full of flavors ..
the colors of this salad it's just amazing plus the flowers
i think it's like a salad from a dream land ....
im just in love with the edible flowers , they make everything looks so pretty
and nice :)
Ingredients
Burrata
Edible flowers ( from my garden)
Heritage tomatoes( from my garden )
Cherry tomatoes (from my garden )
Dried mint (from my garden )
Red rubin basil (from my garden )
Green basil (from my garden)
Walnuts
Olive oil
Lemon juice and zest
Caper berries
i don't know if i forgot something hmmmmmm.....
i sliced the tomatoes then just added on top of it the cheese then the rest ,,,
now if you want to mix everything together or just like how i made it
i added the dried mint on top of the burrata then some olive oil on top of everything
then lemon juice ...
everything was so good and tasty
hope you liked it :)
i picked everything from my garden today ..
the feeling of having a dish that you picked more than half of the ingredients
from your garden is just amazing...
you don't even need a filter ,,, just in love :)
