Focaccia

I remember making foccaccia 4 or 5 years ago but after i worked in Jamie's Italian

i started making it better like trying new recipe and learn more the right way

i fell in love with it because focaccia is not just a bread

actually it's a perfect appetizer with wine and cheese and it's so fun to make

at home , you can use zucchini flowers or edible flowers and some dry tomatoes

to bake with ..

I used rosemary and edible flowers from my garden ..

it was super delicious especially with sea salt :).


For me a perfect summer day is the smell of freshly baked focaccia bread

setting in my garden with a glass of wine and then you have a bite of perfectly

baked focaccia and the taste of the sea salt and olive oil just perfect ..

as always i share to inspire ..that's why i don't share recipes ..

The cherry is from my garden i just loved the colors together

then i ate it i didn't put it in the bread :P



I love this song it's just brings me happiness and so much positive energy ..
