Bread

Yesterday i was free from work and at home i didn't have so much to do

so i thought i will bake some fresh bread .. i had all the ingredients the base

like flour and yeast that's most important things to have at home all the time,

So i baked two kinds of bread one Italian and one French , I love both ..

I baked Focaccia and PROVENÇAL OLIVE FOUGASSE i love these two kinds of breads

just my favourite.....

The bread aroma in the kitchen it's like magic makes you feel like you are in Italy or

France OMG just perfection ..

The olives and lemon zest ,thyme ,sun dried tomatoes , thyme flowers ..

just amazing ingredients :)

I enjoy my time in the kitchen that's why im always baking or cooking

as long as i love it i will keep doing it ,,

somehow it's like a therapy for me ,time flies and keeps me busy and the

results are just amazing ,when i see a recipe i wanna try it to taste it

and learn always learning from amazing chefs :)

I used my edible flowers and the courgette flowers ,thyme flowers from garden ,rosemary picked fresh from my garden

as well as the thyme :)

just i see passion and love in this bread :)

The fougasse bread OMG just when i eat this bread i feel im in Paris :)

just love what's in this bread ... thyme,lemon zest ,olives ,i added walnuts too

and i had it with butter and tea omg just perfect ..

it's also perfect combination with cheese and wine ..

Freshly baked bread and Freshly picked tomatoes what more??

you can also slice some tomatoes and serve it on top of a slice of the bread

with a pinch of salt ,olive oil , dried mint ... HEAVEN ,,
